Christina L. Ahmadjian is Assistant Professor of Management and International Management at the Columbia Business School. Professor Ahmadjian earned a Ph.D. at the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, in organizational behavior and industrial relations, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her research interests include corporate strategy and interfirm relations in Japan, human resource management in the Japanese firm, organizational innovation and organizational learning in international business, and comparative institutional analysis in East Asia. Professor Ahmadjian's current research includes studies on the structure and performance of suppliers and large manufacturers in the Japanese automotive and electronics industries and keiretsu relations between publicly traded firms in japan.
